Tori gained valuable experience at a fintech startup as part of her analyst rotational program, where she collaborated with fellow analysts and engineers to develop new use cases on a low-code platform. On one key project, she led the implementation of a support tool, utilizing the company’s tech framework to reduce information loss and automate existing workflows. As an ICG Technology Analyst, Tori worked across both the Rates eTrading and Prime Brokerage Support teams, where she collaborated closely with business stakeholders to troubleshoot live application issues and relay product improvement feedback to development teams.
